Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BullyAlert mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Sentinel Beacon Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Emergency Response Disclaimer: BullyAlert is a notification and data collection tool, not an emergency response service (e.g., 911). It does not replace school emergency protocols, counseling services, or mandatory reporting obligations. In the event of a serious incident, schools must follow their established emergency procedures.

2. Anonymous Reporting

The anonymous reporting feature is provided for good-faith reporting of genuine bullying incidents. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious reports. Misuse of the reporting system may result in your school's access being suspended.

3. School Accounts

Schools that register for BullyAlert are responsible for managing staff access and ensuring appropriate use within their institution. The school administrator is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false or malicious incident reports
• Attempting to identify anonymous reporters
• Using the Service to harass, intimidate, or harm others
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
• Using automated tools to submit reports or access the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BullyAlert are owned by Sentinel Beacon Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will result in any particular outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Beacon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
